Hi! My name is Jill Carletti, and I’m an artist, paint party instructor, graphic designer and event coordinator. I also build and design websites for small businesses. I live in the small town of Hawley, PA. I enjoy being versatile, diversifying my art-forms, and living my life while doing what I love. I enjoy pet portraiture; creating commissioned works and also teaching others how to paint their own pets. I’ve launched my online art products store, Kokeeli.
I live in Hawley, PA, a small town nestled in the Pocono Mountains. I’ve always loved creating and my imagination has always been a little on the wild side. Many of my first memories as a little girl are of drawing people, horses and flowers, of listening to music and feeling it was magical and exploring uncharted territories in my back yard.
In high school, I dreamed of putting on fantastic events and about changing the social landscape around me. In college, I studied Art and Art Education and began to study graphic arts and web design independently. Throughout my childhood and early adulthood, I would often be told to simply pick one of the things I was interested in, and stick with it. I never liked this concept. It didn’t sit well with me. I still haven’t picked one thing to focus on and I don’t plan on ever doing so. I love variety too much. I have been fortunate to have teachers and mentors that have shown me how they carved their own paths and have inspired me to do the same.
Today, I continue to make my own art and music while providing my community with exciting arts and music programming. I currently book, promote and produce concerts for Harmony Presents, teach art workshops. My background in art and graphics has enabled me to create band poster art, wedding invitations, wedding and event signage, websites, logos and so much more.
While I’m not doing this, I’m either working on an original painting, reading a book, cooking or hopefully going to the gym. Thank you for getting to know me. I hope to have an opportunity to get to know you too. If you would like to ask about my work, or if you would simply like to say hello, please…
